This project involved the construction of a new 10,800-square-foot community center, designed to enhance public services while maintaining uninterrupted community operations. The scope included the demolition of the existing structure and the development of a new courtyard. To ensure continuous service, the original community center remained open and active throughout construction. Once the new facility was completed and operational, the existing building was demolished and the site was integrated into the final layout.

The new facility features a comprehensive program of community amenities, including a Multi-Purpose Youth Area with storage, Multi-Purpose Adult Area with storage, Computer Lab, Activity Center, Fitness Center, Break Room, Lobby, Manager’s Office, and a Covered Patio. For added resilience, the building is equipped with roll-up hurricane shutters to provide protection during severe weather events.
