The Portofino Phases 3 and 4 project represents a two-phase construction initiative focused on reimagining the public-facing and recreational components of a prominent residential community.
TWO-PHASE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENHANCING AMENITIES AND ENTRY FEATURES
Phase 3 involved the full build-out of the property’s outdoor amenity zone. New features include a resort-style pool and spa, cabana structures, a towel kiosk, grill stations, and a putting green, all designed to support a leisure-driven environment. These elements were carefully integrated with detailed hardscape and landscape design, site lighting, and extensive waterproofing and plumbing systems, delivering durability and design cohesion throughout.
Phase 4 addressed the community’s front entrance and structural upgrades. The scope included removal and replacement of drivable pavers, concrete repairs and refinishing at the porte-cochere and stair structures, and new tile roofing for both the gate house and porte-cochere. Additional site improvements consisted of trellis walkways, a fire pit lounge area, a children’s play space, custom water features, and new site furnishings, all contributing to a polished and welcoming entry experience.
Together, these two phases reflect a high level of construction precision, design integration, and long-term investment in the community’s visual identity and recreational offerings.
