PROJECT INFORMATION
The renovation of this 1-story Clubhouse Building is designed to enhance the aesthetics for community use. The central portion of the building will be demolished to raise the roof over the main multipurpose room, creating a more spacious, open atmosphere with high ceilings and new upper windows that bring in abundant natural light. The redesigned multipurpose room will serve as a versatile venue for large community events and educational classes, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors offering sweeping views of the surrounding lake. Throughout the building, all finishes—including lighting, flooring, and walls—will be updated, and new impact-resistant windows and doors will be installed for improved safety and energy efficiency.
POOL, SPA, AND DECK RELOCATED TO FRONT WITH EXPANDED DECK AREA
In addition to the interior improvements, the project will relocate the pool, spa, and deck to the front of the building, with an expanded deck area. New ADA ramps will ensure accessibility, and outdoor lighting, fencing, and landscaping will further enhance the overall user experience.
