PROJECT INFORMATION
The transformation of a former 8,100-square-foot warehouse into the Pompano Beach Elks Lodge marks a dynamic reimagining of space, community, and tradition. Located in Pompano Beach, this interior renovation required a change of use and a Plat Note Amendment to support the building’s evolution into a social club and civic hub for the Elks Lodge chapter.
HONORING TRADITION WITH MODERN ENHANCEMENTS
The newly renovated space features a full commercial-grade kitchen equipped with a ventilation hood, walk-in cooler/freezer, and a fully appointed bar, offering the flexibility to host a wide range of community events, ceremonies, and social functions.
At the heart of the lodge are two multipurpose gathering rooms divided by an operable partition, allowing for adaptability based on event size. Outfitted with specialized lighting for Elks initiations and a complete audio/visual system, these rooms provide both atmosphere and capability for public and private events.
Additional renovations include the addition of new code-compliant restrooms and a private office and boardroom suite, accessible exclusively to board members. This area offers a quiet, professional setting for internal meetings while preserving the privacy and tradition of the organization.
