Shelborne Ballroom

Miami Beach, FL

PROJECT INFORMATION

The Shelborne South Beach Hotel Ballroom has undergone a stunning transformation, blending modern sophistication with resilient design following damage sustained during Hurricane Irma. The 4,388-square-foot renovation revitalized this iconic Miami Beach venue, positioning it once again as a top-tier destination for high-end events, galas, and social gatherings.

A RESILIENT REINVENTION OF SHELBORNE'S SIGNATURE BALLROOM

The comprehensive renovation included complete replacement of gypsum board ceilings and walls, installation of new lighting, and the integration of upgraded mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems. The ballroom’s audio/visual infrastructure was fully modernized, ensuring the space can accommodate a wide variety of presentations, performances, and event formats with professional-level clarity and control.

To elevate the guest experience, the ballroom now features refined finishes, custom furniture, and new bar equipment, creating an atmosphere that is both flexible and elegant. With seating for up to 230 guests, the design embraces open spatial planning while maintaining an intimate, luxurious feel.

Whether hosting a corporate event, wedding, or exclusive private party, the renovated Shelborne Ballroom offers a stylish, functional, and resilient venue that reflects the spirit of South Beach—chic, timeless, and ready for the spotlight.
