Located in Sarasota, Florida, the Tri-Par Estates project focused on the renovation and architectural redesign of a single-story community clubhouse. The design team reimagined the building’s entrance and exterior with a contemporary aesthetic, enhancing the facility’s presence and accessibility.
REDESIGNED FOR A WARM WELCOME AND LASTING IMPRESSION
Key elements included a redefined entry sequence, façade enhancements, and the integration of tropical landscaping to complement the Florida climate and community vibe. New outdoor seating areas were introduced to promote social interaction and leisure, creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
