The Tropicana Sands Clubhouse renovation breathes new life into a cherished community space by reimagining the pool deck and landscape corridor connecting the pool to the pavilion. The project was commissioned with a clear goal in mind: to modernize the grounds while capturing the essence of a contemporary Floridian resort—elevating the everyday experience for residents and guests alike.

The design prioritizes comfort and aesthetic appeal, featuring upgraded outdoor seating areas arranged to encourage relaxation, conversation, and sun-soaked afternoons by the water.
