PROJECT INFORMATION
This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a 14,500-square-foot pool deck and pool shell at the Waterview Condominium, located along East Country Club Drive in Aventura, Florida. The scope included a complete redesign of the existing pool deck to improve aesthetics, durability, and usability for residents.
A critical aspect of the project was the coordination of electrical infrastructure.
ELEVATED POOL RENOVATION AT WATERVIEW CONDOMINIUM
New electrical service was provided, including the installation of an FPL transformer and two FPL switches, temporarily placed outside the existing vault. This temporary configuration allowed for uninterrupted power to the condominium while enabling the removal of damaged electrical equipment. With these systems safely bypassed, the team proceeded to repair and restore the compromised pool shell.
