PROJECT INFORMATION
Set on a sprawling 40-acre site in Buchanan, Liberia, the Buchanan Renewables (BR) Maintenance and Truck Facility was designed and constructed to support the demanding needs of a large fleet of 18-wheeler trucks and heavy-duty equipment. This expansive industrial complex includes over 60,000 square feet of enclosed structures and integrates critical support systems to ensure full operational capacity on site.
TURNKEY DELIVERY OF FULL-SCALE TRANSPORTATION CAMPUS IN WEST AFRICA
The project was delivered through a turnkey model, encompassing project management, design, and construction of the entire campus. Key facilities include service and repair buildings, administrative offices, a driver waiting center, a security-focused entrance guard building, elevated security towers, a clinic, and a grounds workshop. Supporting vehicle logistics, the site also features a fueling station and a dedicated truck wash facility.
A self-sufficient infrastructure was established to support the operations, including a custom-designed water treatment plant, power generation facility, and a sewer treatment area. Designed for performance and resilience, the campus serves as a critical logistics hub for Buchanan Renewables’ transport and maintenance operations in West Africa.
