PROJECT INFORMATION
This design/build project delivers a striking two-story office warehouse totaling approximately 19,550 square feet, executed in a bold Mid-Century Modern aesthetic. The pre-engineered metal structure features a covered balcony, vibrant color palette, expansive glazing, and industrial textures, all anchored by a custom perforated metal sign that contributes to the project’s strong street presence. Inside, a dramatic two-story lobby and monumental staircase lead to an upper-level balcony, infusing the workspace with natural light and architectural character.
SITE PLANNING MERGES UTILITY WITH NEIGHBORHOOD SENSITIVITY
Beyond the building itself, the surrounding site was carefully planned to integrate functional needs with a sensitivity to its context. Sidewalks, landscape buffers, parking, outdoor storage, and utility elements were positioned and screened to maintain a clean public frontage and minimize visual impact. Thoughtful design solutions balance bold architecture with compatibility, ensuring the structure respects the scale of the neighborhood while elevating the quality of industrial office environments.
