PROJECT INFORMATION
The Lauderhill Golf Course Maintenance Building project involved the complete demolition of an outdated structure and the construction of a new ±4,000 square foot maintenance facility.
SMART REBUILD FOR DAILY GOLF COURSE OPERATIONS
Designed with a concrete masonry unit (CMU) and wood truss structure, the new building brings updated utility and architectural clarity to the golf course’s service operations. The facility supports daily course maintenance and storage needs while blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Emphasizing resilience, this structure enhances the long-term performance and care of one of the city's key recreational assets.
