PROJECT INFORMATION
The City of Boynton Beach Utilities Maintenance Building North underwent a strategic renovation to modernize and repurpose its existing 5,067-square-foot space, located at 124 E. Woolbright Road. The project was aimed at increasing usability, comfort, and efficiency for the staff who support the city’s vital utility operations.
STRATEGIC RENOVATION SUPPORTING CITY UTILITY SERVICES
The interior renovation scope included upgrading the existing restrooms and offices, while introducing a new break area, a conference room, and an additional office—spaces designed to better accommodate collaboration, day-to-day operations, and employee wellness.
The project also involved selective exterior modifications to improve functionality and aesthetics. An existing exterior door was replaced with a window, and a former rolling door was reconfigured to accommodate new windows and a standard door, enhancing both natural light and access.
With this renovation, the North Maintenance Building now supports a more efficient layout and provides a refreshed environment for the Boynton Beach Utilities team—extending the building’s service life while meeting current workplace needs.
