Demolition of an existing Paint Mixing Room

Design of a new One–Story structure, (+/- 713 Sq. Ft.)

The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with a pitched metal roof to match the existing building.

The project includes a pre-fabricated paint mix booth for mixing of paints.

Design meets all applicable NFPA requirements.

The building was design with an approved automatic fire protection system that meets all applicable requirements.

SFWMD B134 Paint Mix Room Replacement

PROJECT INFORMATION


This project involved the demolition and replacement of the existing Paint Mix Room at Building B-134 of the South Florida Water Management District’s West Palm Beach Field Station. The existing pre-engineered metal structure was fully removed and replaced with a newly constructed, one-story, 713-square-foot pre-engineered metal building.


UPGRADED PAINT MIX ROOM DESIGNED FOR LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE

Designed to enhance durability and safety, the new Paint Mix Room provides an upgraded, code-compliant space for paint handling and preparation activities. The project improves overall site operations and supports the ongoing maintenance efforts of the district.
