This conceptual design project envisions a modern two-story, 10,305-square-foot warehouse and office building located on an 18,250-square-foot site in Delray, Florida. Designed with a clean, modern architectural language, the structure is composed of concrete, CMU, and metal joists to support both industrial resilience and executive sophistication.
STREAMLINED DESIGN FOR A DUAL- PURPOSE WORKPLACE
The first floor features a functional warehouse space with a roll-up door and man door, utility rooms, and a main entry that anchors the building’s circulation. The second floor serves as the business core, offering a reception area, lobby, conference room, breakroom, restrooms, and four executive offices that open to a private patio and cigar bar—balancing professional efficiency with refined leisure.
TRV South successfully merges high-end office space with industrial utility in a cohesive and stylish footprint.
