This thoughtfully designed 1.72-acre park project serves as a dynamic new community asset, blending recreation, connectivity, and infrastructure into a cohesive public space. At its heart is a shaded 5,600-square-foot playground that encourages inclusive, active play beneath protective canopies.

A TURNKEY PARK FOR ACCESS AND ACTIVITY

A meandering multi-purpose concrete path encircles the site, offering a scenic walking experience that links seamlessly with a pre-engineered pedestrian bridge. Spanning a canal, the bridge creates a direct connection to the nearby Tamarac Caporella Aquatic Center, expanding recreational access and promoting neighborhood walkability.

The park also features a wood-style pavilion with a grill and picnic tables, shaded benches, Wi-Fi poles for digital access, and carefully graded canal banks (4:1 slope) that integrate safety with landscape design.

From planning through design and execution, the project encompasses structural, electrical, plumbing, civil, and life safety systems, all executed to deliver a fully functional, ADA-compliant, turnkey solution. This park exemplifies community-first design with enduring infrastructure and modern amenities.
