This 1,550-square-foot radiology office renovation for Baptist Health South Florida transformed a clinical environment into a welcoming, refreshed space with modern finishes and improved efficiency. The interior redesign focused on comfort, durability, and operational flow.
THOUGHTFUL DESIGN TO SUPPORT PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND STAFF FLOW
Upgrades included a new custom reception desk with an updated countertop, expansion of the lobby and kitchenette areas, and ceiling modifications to improve spatial experience. Flooring and baseboards were replaced throughout, while outdated lighting was upgraded to energy-efficient LED solutions. Functional improvements included the relocation of doors and electrical elements, along with reconfiguration of cabinetry and built-in casework to accommodate the revised layout.
Subtle yet impactful design details—such as re-laminating door panels and enclosing open glass areas with drywall—brought the space up to current standards while maintaining consistency with the facility’s broader aesthetic. The renovation delivers a more comfortable and efficient setting for both patients and staff, aligning with Baptist Health’s high standards for clinical care environments.
