Barkers Hotel is a unique Design/Build project that reimagines luxury boarding for pets in a Key West-inspired setting. The interior mimics a quaint streetscape, with each pet suite designed to resemble a distinct house front—complete with mailboxes for records, custom bedding, private patios, and in-room televisions to create a home-like atmosphere.

The facility was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and sustainability. It features an advanced sanitary flushing and cleansing system that significantly reduces water usage, ambient natural lighting paired with fluorescent bulbs for energy efficiency, and a layout that prioritizes cleanliness, comfort, and charm. This project highlights the creative integration of hospitality-inspired design into an animal care environment.
