Once a Harley-Davidson dealership, the building now serves as Soprema’s Florida Regional Office—an impressive example of adaptive reuse that transformed a retail showroom into a modern office and industrial training facility in Pompano Beach.
FROM SHOWROOM TO STATE-OF-THE-ART OFFICE
The renovation began with essential repairs to the building’s systems, followed by an overhaul of the interior finishes and repainting of the exterior to align with Soprema’s branding. New offices and versatile conference/training spaces were introduced to support contractor education and industry seminars for professional organizations such as BOMA and AIA.
Sustainability and performance were central to the redesign. Eco-conscious materials were selected to create a clean, modern interior, while high-efficiency HVAC systems and LED lighting were installed to improve energy use and reduce environmental impact. Landscaping was refreshed and enhanced with upgraded hardscape and signage, giving the building a bold new identity while respecting its original structure.
The final result is a dynamic facility that blends corporate utility with modern design—supporting Soprema’s mission while offering a flexible venue for industry collaboration and innovation.
