This extensive addition and interior renovation project reimagines a private residence in Boca Raton, Florida. The enhancements include a new covered outdoor kitchen with an integrated roof deck, offering elevated entertaining space on the north side of the property. Indoors, the master suite is expanded to include a larger bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet.
A REIMAGINED FACADE THAT ENHANCES ARRIVAL AND CURB APPEAL
The project also merges the kitchen and living room into a single, open-concept space. The kitchen and laundry areas are reconfigured for efficiency, and the family room is redesigned to incorporate a dedicated bar area. Updates to the front façade bring a refreshed sense of arrival, and all windows and doors throughout the home are being replaced for improved aesthetics, performance, and continuity.
