Butler Manor Apartment Building

This project involved the design and construction of a six-story apartment tower developed for a private client. The building featured three residential units per floor, efficiently organized around a central elevator core with two emergency stairwells to meet safety standards.

GROUND LEVEL FEATURES INCLUDED MAIN LOBBY, MAILROOM, STORAGE, AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE

At the ground level, the layout included a welcoming main lobby, a mailroom, storage areas, and a management office. Additional program elements comprised a secure parking area, a children's playground, a generator room, and dedicated storage facilities, each thoughtfully integrated to support a well-rounded residential experience.

The design emphasized compact urban living with a strong focus on convenience, safety, and community-oriented spaces. The result was a modern mid-rise development that addressed both residential comfort and urban infrastructure needs.
