This project introduced 10 townhouse units across three buildings on a 0.54-acre residential site along Foster Road, totaling 15,679 square feet of living space. Drawing inspiration from Mid-Century Modern architecture, the design emphasized clean lines, horizontal expression, and an engaging pedestrian scale.
FAÇADES USE A MIX OF COLORS AND TEXTURES TO ENHANCE STREET PRESENCE
The façades were thoughtfully articulated using a varied palette of colors and textures, providing visual interest while enhancing the neighborhood streetscape. Vertical and horizontal modulation of the building elevations established a clear architectural rhythm and created a hierarchy that defines the relationship between exterior forms and interior spaces.

In addition to the buildings themselves, the project included comprehensive site design with attention to circulation, landscaping, and integration within the existing urban fabric—offering a cohesive residential experience with timeless architectural character.
