This project involved the master site planning of a 17-acre parcel designed to serve the needs of senior residents through thoughtfully integrated housing and community resources. The site plan accommodated 99 apartment units—offering both one- and two-bedroom layouts—designed specifically for senior citizens.
SITE DESIGN INCLUDED INTEGRATED PARKING FOR 120 VEHICLES, WITH A CLEARLY DEFINED DROP-OFF ZONE
A centrally located Adult Day Care and Community Services building was positioned along Grant Street to serve as a focal point for resident engagement and neighborhood connectivity. Parking for 120 vehicles was incorporated into the site, including a designated drop-off area for resident convenience, with controlled access off Adams Street.
