This project involved the design of a new mixed-use high-rise that serves as a prominent gateway to Pompano Beach’s emerging Innovation District and Downtown core. Strategically positioned along the street frontage, the building activates the urban edge with retail, office, and residential uses—all carefully programmed to promote walkability and a vibrant public realm.


ELEVATED RESIDENTIAL SPACES CONNECT THROUGH A CENTRALIZED PARKING GARAGE

The development supports multigenerational housing and integrates community-oriented amenities such as a fitness center and pool, located in the eastern wing of the structure. Residential and leisure spaces are elevated above ground level and connected via a centralized parking garage, ensuring convenient access while preserving a pedestrian-friendly streetscape.


By layering uses and prioritizing street engagement, the project enhances both the site and the larger urban fabric—offering a forward-thinking model for mixed-use development in South Florida.
