The Coast Wine & Spirits project centered on the transformation of an existing one-story commercial building into a refreshed and vibrant retail destination. The renovation reimagined the building’s façade with a modern aesthetic, emphasizing the main entry to create a strong street presence. The parapets were raised to enhance the building’s visual impact and to maximize signage opportunities.
