PROJECT INFORMATION
This project reimagines an existing 4,559-square-foot Sprint store into a contemporary cannabis dispensary through a comprehensive interior renovation. The design balances security and customer experience while modernizing every system within the building. Renovations include modifications to the floor plan, ceiling, finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems, ensuring that the facility meets current codes and operational requirements.
ARCHITECTURAL TRANSFORMATION & RECONFIGURATION
At the heart of the renovation is the conversion of the open sales area into a carefully programmed layout that supports both retail and back-of-house operations. The new design introduces specialized spaces such as a secure storage room, consult room, break room, and additional storage areas, creating a safe, efficient, and client-focused environment. Externally, a new sign at the building’s entrance announces the facility’s updated identity, completing the transformation from a generic retail storefront to a branded destination with a clear architectural and operational purpose.
