The Native Learning Center project involved the complete interior renovation of a three-story, 25,296-square-foot commercial building to transform it into a dedicated educational and office facility. Each of the building's 8,432-square-foot floors was reimagined to support dynamic training, professional development, and cultural engagement, all while aligning with the requirements of a HUD-funded initiative.
TRANSFORMING A COMMERCIAL BUILDING INTO A DEDICATED EDUCATIONAL FACILITY
The renovated space features a mix of classrooms, conference rooms, training spaces, and a fully equipped production studio. Enhancements include the installation of a new fire sprinkler system, upgraded electrical infrastructure, and dedicated kitchen and lounge areas to support daily operations and events. Special attention was given to the layout to ensure accessibility, collaboration, and a modern learning environment across all floors.
