This project involved the renovation and expansion of Building 4 with the addition of new mechanical, electrical, and communications rooms to improve infrastructure and support campus operations. The scope also included the renovation of adjacent classrooms to enhance the educational environment, ensuring upgraded finishes and systems throughout.
CAMPUS-WIDE UPGRADES MODERNIZE AND EXTEND BUILDING LIFESPAN
Beyond Building 4, the project extended to the removal and replacement of windows and the complete exterior repainting of Buildings 4, 5, and 6. Together, these upgrades modernize the campus, improve energy efficiency, and extend the life of the structures while delivering a refreshed and cohesive appearance across the multiple buildings.
