Originally constructed in 1983, this 40,000-square-foot recreation center in Palm Beach Gardens underwent a transformative renovation and expansion in 2005 to better serve the growing needs of the community. A major component of the project was the addition of a competitive swimming pool, complemented by a new activity pool featuring a water slide, providing aquatic amenities for both serious training and family recreation.

Additional upgrades included the installation of bleachers and shade structures for spectator comfort, as well as a large stippled concrete pool deck to support high-traffic use. The existing pump house was fully renovated to improve operational reliability. Site improvements rounded out the project with new fencing, site lighting, enhanced landscaping, and an updated irrigation system—all contributing to a vibrant, inviting recreation hub.
