This project involved comprehensive site clearance and preparation for a public park. Site improvements included the installation of site lighting, landscaping, and an irrigation system covering five acres of publicly owned land. Three family picnic shelters, each 1,200 square feet, were constructed along with amenities such as benches, bike racks, picnic tables, and trash receptacles. An 1,800 square foot open group pavilion was also built, featuring all necessary amenities and lighting for large gatherings.

FEATURED A PREFABRICATED ELECTRICAL BUILDING AND A 68-SPACE PARKING LOT

Additional structures included a 400 square foot equipment storage building with automatic rolling overhead doors, and a fully accessible restroom building with necessary accessories and paths to ensure ADA compliance. The project also involved a prefabricated electrical building and the construction of a parking lot with 68 spaces to accommodate park visitors, enhancing accessibility and usability.
