Cinquez Park

Jupiter, FL

Cinquez Park is a thoughtfully planned, two-phase public greenspace that revitalizes a previously neglected site into a vibrant neighborhood retreat. Phase 1 introduces an expansive open-space concept featuring a 720-square-foot restroom and storage building, along with three distinct, fenced dog parks. Each dog park includes its own gazebo, walking paths, landscaping, and a shared dog wash station designed for convenience and enjoyment of pet owners.

FROM NEGLECTED LOT TO NEIGHBORHOOD OASIS

The park’s design incorporates environmental restoration, including the cleanup and mitigation of historic site conditions. Native landscaping, a scenic lake, meandering walking paths, and shaded picnic areas transform the grounds into a peaceful escape. A curving access road divides the park, featuring on-street parking and built-in traffic calming elements to enhance pedestrian safety and flow.

Looking ahead, Phase 2 will introduce even more community-focused features, including a children’s playground, a community garden, and a one-of-a-kind treehouse built into a mature banyan tree offering playful experiences and unique engagement with the natural environment.
