District Park "F"
Loxahatchee, FL
This expansive 100-acre park was thoughtfully developed on former citrus farmland to serve as a dynamic recreational destination for the surrounding community. The project was completed in three phases, each introducing new layers of use and enjoyment. Phase one centered around environmental restoration and scenic enhancement, featuring the creation of a 12-acre lake accented with native wetland plantings—offering a tranquil focal point and promoting local biodiversity.
THREE-PHASE PARK DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMS FARMLAND INTO COMMUNITY DESTINATION

In phase two, the park evolved into an active sports destination with the addition of little league, pony league, and softball fields, alongside full-size soccer fields and a network of exercise trails. These amenities support a wide range of athletic pursuits for youth and adults alike. The final phase completed the park’s transformation with the construction of essential support facilities, including a picnic pavilion, a press box building, and a restroom facility—ensuring comfort, convenience, and extended usability for daily visitors and organized events.
