This project delivered a comprehensive upgrade to a community sports facility, supporting both athletic performance and spectator comfort. The work included the construction of a new press box positioned to provide clear sightlines across the baseball fields, enhancing the game-day experience for media and event staff. A well-equipped concession building was added to serve refreshments during games and events, while a dedicated restroom building ensures convenience and accessibility for players and visitors alike.

Additional elements included the creation of multiple covered pavilions, offering shaded gathering spaces for teams, families, and community members. Central to the development were the newly constructed baseball fields—carefully planned and executed to provide high-quality play areas that support youth sports and recreational leagues.
