This multi-phase project began with extensive site clearance and preparation, involving the excavation and hauling of 65,000 cubic yards of fill. Site utilities were installed, including water, sewer with a lift station, drainage systems, and two retention ponds. The parking lot was designed with 67 spaces, including four reserved for handicap accessibility. The athletic fields were constructed to include soccer fields, baseball, and softball fields, all equipped with goals, bleachers, stands, and dugouts to fully accommodate sports activities.
THE PROJECT CREATES A COMPREHENSIVE ATHLETIC COMPLEX FOR SPORTS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS
Building construction involved a 2,327 square foot maintenance building and a 728 square foot restroom facility. Site work also included the installation of an irrigation system, fencing, and landscaping, creating a functional and well-designed athletic complex. This project offers a comprehensive environment for various sports and community gatherings.
