This design/build project involved the creation of a two-story community building, designed to serve as a central hub for local activities and amenities. The building features a spacious community meeting room, providing residents a place for gatherings and events. In addition to the meeting space, the building includes essential facilities such as an elevator, restrooms, a locker room with showers, a laundry facility, and dedicated storage rooms for the town’s use.
CONVENIENCE STORE ADDED FOR EASY ACCESS TO ESSENTIALS
A convenience store is also included within the building, offering easy access to everyday essentials. Situated conveniently for boaters, the project also incorporated a fuel dock, allowing boats to pull up and refuel directly from the facility. The combination of practical and recreational spaces makes this building a valuable addition to the community.
