The project involved the construction of an office/restroom building, prefabricated kiosk, and standalone restroom, with key site improvements including a retaining wall to enhance the landscape and provide structural stability. The development also featured the creation of trails to connect different areas of the site, improving accessibility for visitors. Two parking areas were constructed to accommodate visitors, ensuring ample space for both office personnel and the public. These improvements were strategically integrated into the overall design to maximize function and aesthetic appeal.
UTILITY UPGRADES AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
Additionally, the project included essential utility upgrades, ensuring that all systems function efficiently. Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) was implemented throughout the project in accordance with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards, ensuring safe and organized traffic flow during construction. The comprehensive development effectively combined office spaces, public restrooms, and site enhancements, offering both practical and recreational benefits to the area.
