Phase II of the Royal Palm Beach Commons development brought to life a dynamic recreational campus, centered around the construction of a three-story, 17,000-square-foot sporting center. Accompanying this flagship structure were a dedicated maintenance facility and a separate restroom building, all integrated into a carefully master-planned site.
SITE FEATURES INCLUDE KAYAK LAUNCH, PLAYGROUNDS, COURTS, AND PERFORMANCE STAGE
Extensive infrastructure work supported the build, including stormwater management systems, water and sewer utilities, electrical and communications networks, pedestrian bridges, parking lots, and roadways. Accessibility and connectivity were emphasized through well-designed sidewalks, bike paths, paver walkways, and a new traffic signal system.
The site was thoughtfully programmed with an array of park amenities: a driving range, short game and putting courses, interactive fountain, banquet garden, playgrounds, shaded pavilions, waterfront docks, performance stages, kayak launch, and beach volleyball courts. These elements were tied together by coordinated landscaping, irrigation, and site furnishings that elevated the user experience. Royal Palm Beach Commons Phase II was a transformative civic investment in outdoor activity, wellness, and public gathering.
