This design-build project involves the comprehensive development of a new community park on a 28.56-acre site. The scope includes full site preparation with soil testing, clearing, compaction, and earthwork, followed by the installation of new stormwater systems and water/wastewater infrastructure. Utility components such as grinder stations, force mains, grounding systems, and electrical power connections are also part of the development effort.
COMMUNITY PARK DESIGN-BUILD INCLUDES FULL SITE PREPARATION AND UTILITIES
The project may require the refurbishment or upgrade of existing facilities to ensure integration with the new infrastructure. All work is coordinated with design, permitting, and construction processes to deliver a fully functional and modern park that meets the needs of the surrounding community.
