Davie Fire Station #86

Davie, FL

Blending critical municipal services with community engagement, Davie Fire Station 86 is a newly constructed, 17,283-square-foot, one-story facility serving the Town of Davie’s growing Shenandoah neighborhood. Strategically located within Shenandoah Park, the building unifies a fully equipped fire station, a Field Operations Center, and a Community Meeting Room, offering a multifunctional hub for both emergency response and civic programming.

A LEED-CERTIFIED MODEL FOR MODERN PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITIES

Purpose-built for durability, accessibility, and long-term flexibility, the facility reflects modern design principles while adhering to stringent environmental standards. The project is designed to achieve LEED certification, reinforcing the Town’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency as outlined by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.

This forward-thinking complex demonstrates how municipalities can integrate essential services with public use facilities—strengthening local infrastructure while fostering community connectivity. With its sustainable design, responsive layout, and civic-minded footprint, Davie Fire Station 86 is a model of 21st-century public safety architecture.
