Delray Beach Fire Station #4

Delray Beach, FL

Fire Station 4 is a 5,268 square foot fire rescue facility designed to accommodate full-time, 24/7 emergency personnel in a highly constrained urban setting. Despite the challenges posed by a tight project site, the station was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the surrounding community.

SMART DESIGN IN A COMPACT EMERGENCY RESPONSE HUB

The station includes bunk rooms for around-the-clock staffing, a complete kitchen, recreation spaces, and support areas tailored to promote comfort and operational readiness. The building’s layout maximizes space while maintaining the critical flow and accessibility required in emergency response.

In addition to vertical construction, the project scope included paving, landscaping, and traffic signalization—all seamlessly coordinated to enhance the site’s function and safety. The station exemplifies thoughtful design and execution, supporting essential public services in a compact footprint.
