Hallandale Beach Fire Station #7

Hallandale Beach, FL

Fire Station 7 in Hallandale Beach represents the next generation of municipal public safety facilities. Designed and constructed by West Construction, this 25,000-square-foot, three-story complex integrates operational strength with environmental consciousness. Originally slated for LEED Silver Certification, the building exceeded expectations and proudly earned LEED Gold Certification, underscoring its sustainable design and energy-efficient systems.

A LEED GOLD LANDMARK FOR NEXT-GEN PUBLIC SAFETY

The facility features four apparatus bays and modern living quarters that accommodate up to 16 firefighters, providing them with a resilient, comfortable environment from which to respond swiftly to emergencies. In addition to active-duty crews, the station serves as the administrative heart of Hallandale Beach Fire Rescue, housing the Fire Prevention Bureau, plans review offices, and public education spaces.

The station also supports broader departmental needs, including meeting rooms and space for emergency operations—making Fire Station 7 not only a local response hub, but also a strategic asset for regional coordination. The building embodies a fusion of advanced infrastructure and environmental responsibility, setting a new benchmark for civic design in South Florida.
