PBSO Sub-Station

Boynton Beach, FL

The West Boynton PBSO Sub-Station is a purpose-built CBS structure designed to serve as a modern headquarters for Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office personnel in the western Boynton Beach area. Architecturally, the facility features a combination of flat and hip roof systems, including lightweight concrete roofing and Merchant & Evans Loadmaster System towers for added structural and visual interest.

A HIGH-SECURITY LAW ENFORCEMENT HUB

The interior of the building includes over 30 offices for road sergeants, lieutenants, and detectives, as well as dedicated spaces for report writing, line-ups, fitness, and a multi-use community room available to local HOAs and residents. One of the standout features is its robust electronic card access system—among the most advanced in the market—enhancing overall site security.

The surrounding site includes ample overflow parking and additional undeveloped land, making the facility well-suited to host community events or future expansion. This sub-station is both a critical law enforcement asset and a thoughtfully integrated part of the community.
