Center for the Arts at Old School Square

This renovation project at Old School Square honored the historic integrity of a beloved cultural campus in Delray Beach, Florida. Work was carefully executed on multiple Buildings all designated historic by the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation. The scope included the Crest Theater, Gymnasium, Bandshell, Concessions/Restrooms, and Museum, with each structure receiving tailored repairs that matched the original materials and finishes.

From sealing and painting the exteriors to essential site maintenance, every aspect of the renovation was approached with sensitivity to the campus’s historic character.
