Boca Raton Utilities Guard House

Focused on improving both security and operational flow, the Boca Raton Utilities Guard House project introduced a thoughtfully designed entry sequence at the Utility Services Complex on Airport Road. At the core of the project is the construction of a new guard house, featuring an ADA-compliant restroom and situated to allow direct interaction with incoming vehicles—eliminating the need for personnel to leave the structure to verify visitor credentials.

CREATING A SECURE AND EFFICIENT ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE

The redesigned entrance includes separate lanes for guests and staff, plus a dedicated exit lane, all equipped with automatic gate arms to ensure controlled access. The project scope also involved the installation of a manufactured wastewater pump station system, new water main service with backflow prevention and metering, and updated asphalt pavement, fencing, and a rolling gate—creating a more secure and efficient gateway to the facility.
