Lindell Boulevard Traffic Calming

This Neighborhood Beautification and Streetscape Project focused on enhancing safety, accessibility, and curb appeal through a series of coordinated site upgrades. The scope included installation of new asphalt pavement, curbing, and sidewalks with ADA tactile indicators to ensure accessibility. New irrigation systems and detailed landscape islands were introduced to soften and green the corridor, while a new roundabout with a landscaped center island improved traffic flow and visual interest.

TRAFFIC CALMING FEATURES IMPROVE SAFETY AND STREETSCAPE

Traffic calming measures were also prioritized, with the addition of speed bumps featuring stamped and colored concrete for both safety and aesthetic appeal. Together, these enhancements contribute to a safer, more walkable, and visually cohesive neighborhood environment.
