PROJECT INFORMATION
This project involved the comprehensive master planning of a 57-acre site to support both current and future municipal and emergency response needs. The development includes a storage building and a vehicle maintenance facility, with designated areas reserved for a future fire station and a public park—creating a flexible, multi-use civic campus. The plan emphasizes sustainability and long-term growth, aligning with both community goals and institutional requirements.
LEED-TARGETED STRUCTURE SUPPORTS TRAINING & OPERATIONS
In keeping with the National Guard’s energy efficiency standards, the design incorporates solar water heating systems and is targeting LEED Silver certification. The interior layout of the main structure includes a large central assembly hall with a kitchen, classrooms for training and education, administrative offices, and dedicated equipment storage. The result is a forward-thinking facility designed to meet operational needs while accommodating future expansion and environmental responsibility.
