PROJECT INFORMATION
The SW 10th Street Improvements project delivered targeted enhancements to the pedestrian environment and surrounding alleyways—specifically focusing on Blocks 8 and 20.
REINFORCING COMMUNITY ACCESS WITH TARGETED URBAN IMPROVEMENTS
The scope included 110 linear feet of new paver sidewalk, improving walkability and visual continuity along the corridor. The project also involved the construction of new alleyways, with the installation of fresh pavement, curbing, and drainage systems, along with swale grading and sodding to manage stormwater and improve the overall landscape profile.
Key sitework included clearing, grubbing, dewatering, and the integration of new pavement markings and signage to promote safe circulation. These thoughtful improvements have not only modernized infrastructure but also reinforced the city’s commitment to community access and aesthetic enhancement in urban neighborhoods.
