Solid Waste Authority Maintenance Facility is a 7,000-square-foot structure designed to streamline operations while providing a modern, comfortable environment for staff. This pre-engineered metal building serves a dual purpose—supporting both the mechanical demands of vehicle maintenance and the daily needs of the personnel who keep the system running.
A COMBINED MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE SPACE
The facility houses a combination of dedicated workspaces and communal zones, including administrative offices, vehicle testing areas, conference rooms, and a staff break room. Engineered for durability and flexibility, the structure features open interior bays for servicing equipment while ensuring all building systems, from HVAC to lighting, meet current efficiency standards.
