PROJECT INFORMATION
This project involved the streetscape and beautification enhancements along Tamarind Avenue to improve both visual appeal and pedestrian accessibility. The scope included micro-surfacing of the roadway to refresh and extend pavement life, installation of new curbs and ADA-compliant handicap ramps, and the addition of decorative stamped concrete for enhanced visual interest. Upgrades also featured new sidewalks and driveway connections, providing safer, more accessible pathways for pedestrians and residents.
IMPROVED LIGHTING & GREENSPACE DEFINE URBAN RENEWAL
To complete the transformation, decorative street lighting was installed to improve nighttime visibility and aesthetics, while new street name signs enhanced navigation. Landscaping and a new irrigation system were added to soften the urban streetscape and promote long-term maintenance. Collectively, these improvements created a safer, more attractive, and pedestrian-friendly corridor.
