Village of Tequesta Town Hall

Tequesta, FL

PROJECT INFORMATION

The new single-story Village Hall in Tequesta was constructed adjacent to the existing government building, allowing uninterrupted municipal operations during development. While its program includes standard municipal components such as offices and Council Chambers, the architectural expression of the building exceeds expectations.

MUNICIPAL BUILDING COMPLETED WITHOUT DISRUPTING ONGOING OPERATIONS

The structure features distinct rooflines with elevated towers adorned in clay tile roofing, evoking a timeless South Florida aesthetic. The building’s façade is composed of cast stone veneer and stucco, accented with ornamental half circles, embedded medallions, roof spires, and decorative metal grilles. Surrounding the structure, lush landscaping and brick paver walkways enhance the civic experience and site approach.

Inside, the building continues to impress with finishes such as marble, porcelain, and carpet flooring. The Council Chambers offer a refined environment with rich wood veneer paneling and a custom domed plaster ceiling.
