Faith Farm Men's Dormitory

This project involved a comprehensive three-story interior renovation of an all-men’s dormitory facility under HUD funding. The scope included full replacement of the existing elevator and complete interior demolition of the third floor—transforming all but three individual suites into updated group sleeping quarters. New ADA-compliant restrooms with shower facilities were constructed to support accessibility and modern living standards.

Upgrades also encompassed a full overhaul of the HVAC and electrical systems to improve comfort and efficiency. Interior finishes were updated throughout the building, and site improvements included paving and drainage enhancements. The result is a revitalized living facility that offers improved accessibility, comfort, and community-oriented accommodations.
